Despite my “game over” announcement two months ago, I don’t quite feel comfortable just letting this blog - my first (relatively) large online project - die out. Especially since, even after passing 120 paysite reviews at my even larger project, lesbian and solo babes (preferably with toys in hand… or pussy) remain my favourite porn niches.
And the sites I used to write about here remain my favourites - so much that I actually tend to keep more active site memberships every month than I really should on my fairly modest budget (not to mention those memberships I now need for reviews).

Anyway, one quick glance down this page or a visit to my review site should tell you that I like writing, and since starting a novel or some other pseudo-litterary project seems like an awful lot of work and probably just a tad too ambitious for a fairly lazy guy me, I guess writing about porn serves as a nice outlet for my pent up creativity… and stuff.

Since there are always more reviews to write, and I additionally want to finish the Eurobabe project I mentioned in my last post (Eurobabe Heaven - the main page is up, along with links to relevant reviews, I’ll be adding the first batch of model pages in a couple of weeks or three if all goes according to plan), I might not get around to posting something new and (hopefully) interesting here at Babes and Toys on an entirely regular basis, but since I’ve just rejoined Club Sandy and Pix & Video after a few months away, and additionally have come across several other interesting sites over the last few months, that might fit the themes here, I guess it won’t be long before I’m back here again, raving about some hot new girl on girl video or five I’ve just watched :).

Ever get tired of doing the same things over and over? Well, while that’s probably unavoidable in certain aspects of a life, I would like to think there’s a way around it when it comes to things that involve at least a minimal trace of creativity - like writing about porn for instance (alright, so maybe it doesn’t exactly take the concept of creativity to new heights, bear over with me please).

I’ve been going over my posts here at Babes and Toys for the last year, and even though I’ve slowed down updates significantly to spend more time on my review site and a few other online projects, I think I’ve nevertheless concluded that there’s only so many times I can write about the new excellent video/photo content Club Sandy, FTV Girls, Sapphic Erotica, Pix & Video, Fuckingmachines and assorted other sites I count among my favourites, keep pumping out one to seven times a week, before I start sounding like a broken record.

So at least for the time being I think I’ll stop repeating myself here at Babes and Toys - feel free to browse through the archives (dating back to March 2005), but don’t expect more than perhaps an occasional update if something out of the ordinary takes place at one of my favourite lesbian/toys/masturbation sites, or if a new one arrives that can come close to matching the high standards of the ones listed above.

I’m not done writing though - at all. I’ll probably hit 100 reviews at Mike’s Porn Site Reviews in about a week, and then it’s quickly onwards toward 200.

Additionally, since I absolutely love all those gorgeous East European babes they have a few hundred of at Club Sandy and Pix & Video (not to mention the frequent visits many of them make at other sites - like Sapphic Erotica to stay on topic), I’m planning on launching a neatly organized “Eurobabe” site/blog dedicated to all my favourites like Eve Angel, Sophie Moone, Sandy, Jo, Silvia Saint, Dora Venter, Anetta Keys, Angel Dark and many others.

As I’ll be pretty busy with other things over the summer, it will probably be a couple of months before the new site is up, but I’ll make sure to drop a note here when it’s ready, but expect to find it at eurobabeheaven.com.

A little over a week ago I wrote a bit about the large hardcore lesbian video site Four Finger Club that’s part of the NS All Access network I’m currently reviewing at Mike’s Porn Site Reviews.

I just finished up my review of Four Finger Club an hour ago, so I thought I would mention it here since it’s very much fitting with the theme of Babes and Toys.

Sorry for not returning yesterday as promised - didn’t get enough sleep the night before and couldn’t be arsed to do a whole lot more than running some erands and watching a few (non-porn :)) DVDs I bought.

I’ve spent several hours today wrestling with the update routine on my new review site, so I don’t have to check things through fifteen times to ensure I didn’t make any serious blunders. It will probably take me a few days to get into the rythm - had to correct various linking errors and other things a bunch of times with the two reviews I just wrote.
Anyway, reviews of two additional BrainPass sites are up - Real Squirt (which is very much on topic for Babes and Toys as well) and Black Reign XXX.
I will be writing a few more full reviews of BrainPass sites in this week, as well as a good handful of quick reviews, and then it’s on to the next 50+ sites I have my eyes on.

I promised you some news about the latest update from FTV Girls, but I’m quite honestly so exhausted from all the writing, re-writing and correction work I’ve been doing the last four hours that I’ll cut it short and say it was hot :P.

It took longer than expected, requiring too much time spent on working out design annoyances and triple checking everything, rather than spending that time writing - but finally my review site is up and running.

Mike’s Porn Site Reviews launches with a very modest 12 reviews - most of them updated versions of some of the sites I have reviewed here at Babes and Toys over the last eight months, but since the the review site was otherwise finished I decided there was no reason to delay it further.

I expect the collection of reviews to grow quickly - 6-10 full reviews and 10+ quick reviews every week. The scope of course isn’t limited to masturbation/toys/lesbian as it is on this blog - eventually you will find 40+ porn niches covered. The current 12 reviews are already listed in 15 categories (using a primary and multiple secondaries).
I expect to stray from the usual hardcore niches as well, as I also have my eyes on several interesting sites in various smaller fetish niches.

I hope those of you who prefer to do a little research before you decide if a porn site is worth your time and money will find Mike’s Porn Site Reviews useful.
While the review collection is small now I hope you will find the site worth bookmarking and returning to after Christmas where I have a bunch of interesting sites and site networks lined up for a closer inspection.

Personally I’m not particularly into any specific clothing fetishes - pantyhose, uniforms, latex etc., not to the extent that I actively seek out sites specializing in those niches anyway.

The purpose of the poll is to give me some pointers about what you would like to see and read about here at Babes and Toys. For anyone interested in knowing what the increasingly busy life of porn fan/adult webmaster knee deep in Internet porn is like, here’s summary of what I’m trying to juggle at the moment with regards to porn site memberships :).

About three weeks ago I rejoined three of my all time favourite sites - Danni.com, Club Sandy and FTV Girls. I’ve written about those regularly ever since I launched Babes and Toys back in March and when writing about their latest content updates I prefer to actually have seen those videos and photosets rather than just assuming they fit their usual high standards (which they almost always do, but it’s still nice to be able to spill the dirty details now and then).
Other than trying to live up to my duty as a self proclaimed porn journalist I can’t entirely claim that I’m not in it for the entertainment value as well :P.
I expect to keep those three memberships active for the months to come as I still consider those three sites some of the absolute hottest in the niches I write about here at Babes and Toys.

In case you missed it I’ve also spent quite some time downloading videos like a madman from the many solo girl and hardcore sites included in The BrainPass network which I joined about a week ago.
The other day I posted a full review of the BrainPass network in its entirety - final score, a well deserved 96/100.

About two weeks ago I went along with my increasing interest in lesbian and solo girl fisting and joined SicFlics. A very unique and very hardcore experience to say the least - you can read more about it in this post.

Aside from trying to cover all those sites (24 if you count the entire BrainPass network) I’m keeping up my VideoBox membership going on seven months. They are approaching 500 downloadable DVDs and the price is still an insanely low $9.95 a month (same as it was when they they were just a 100 DVD site called Climax Corner) - so to be honest I haven’t even considered cancelling. Doesn’t hurt that they’ve added a lot of extremely hot titles over the last month or two.

I’ve also been checking out another adult video site this month - MpegMovieHeaven. Not quite up to scratch with some of its competitors with regards to features (search, sorting etc.), but they have a ton of very interesting videos as so I’ve been pretty pleased with them.
And they keep growing with around 15-20 new scenes every week as well.

My VideosZ membership expired a couple of weeks ago, but with no less than 861 downloadable DVDs and new ones coming every day they definately haven’t seen me for the last time.

Well, boys and girls - that’s just one month or porn for this over worked adult webmaster.
Contrary to what you might think I’m not even close to being tired of looking at naked chicks yet.
As you can probably guess though, I don’t have quite as much time to spend on each site anymore now that I’ve ramped up my number of memberships quite a bit (and believe it or not, I do a few other hobbies and things to do other than watching porn :P), but I still spend a lot of time with new sites I join so I can give you my honest and detailed opinion - whether in a full review or just over a couple of posts here at Babes and Toys.

That will continue once I launch my dedicated review site Mike’s Porn Site Reviews in a few months, and if you think I’m juggling a lot of memberships now just imagine my schedule when I try to prepare 40-60 reviews for launch time and 4-8 new ones every month after.

As I wrote in this post, I joined the BrainPass site network a few days ago, and I’ve practically been up to my neck in video content over the weekend :).

You name it and they most likely got it in large amounts.

The network hub and all the sites are extremely well designed as well, and navigation is very easy.

Total score landed at 96/100 - every single point very well deserved. Go ahead and read the review here - or just decide that you’ve heard enough already and go straight to the BrainPass main site.

Over the next couple of weeks I expect to look at some of the individual sites relevant to the topics here at Babes and Toys - the solo girl sites, more of Kream and her girlfriends squirting and of course the lesbian gangbang site Girly Gang Bang (which I haven’t actually had much time to look at yet).
