A little about Babes and Toys and the guy behind it

I’m fairly certain the very vast majority of you (myself included) don’t really care a whole lot about the faces behind the sometimes hundreds of websites we can visit in just a single day, but for the 0.001% of you who may occasionally be ever so slightly interested in knowing just who the hell the person dishing up babes and hardcore lesbian porn and writing waaay too much when he should obviously be hitting you with more pics and videos instead is, I decided to put this page together for you.

I’m a 28 year old guy from Denmark (for the geographically challenged, it’s that tiny spot of land in Europe, north of Germany and West of Sweden) who’s been a big fan of the wonderful world of porn since I got my eager hands on my first porn mag just a few years after my cock started showing the first signs of being usuable for more than just taking a leak.

While magazines and rented video tapes can provide excellent entertainment when there’s not a girlfriend or a drunken one night stand at hand, this neat little thing they call the Internet is where the real fun is to be found.

A little over two years ago I decided it was finally time to deflower my poor, abused credit card (for Internet use anyway) and try to see if those flashy pay sites that had been teasing me since I first logged on to the Internet were actually worth paying $15-$30 a month for.

As it turned out that was very much the case.

Too clear up any misconceptions I will say right up front that there are likely hundreds of really crappy pay sites, covering many different niches, that aren’t under any circumstances worth paying for.
Personally I haven’t yet had an experience like that. For one thing because I’m an experienced porn fan and web surfer. The other important factor is that I actually think it’s fairly easy to distinguish sites that have a very good chance of at least providing the money’s worth from those that look dubious at best (they could prove you wrong of course, but I have so far decided not to take the risk).
The third reason may be a dose of pure luck – but I’m counting most on the two former .

I honestly can’t remember which one was the first pay site I joined, but common for all of those I have been a member of over the last two years is that rather than spending hours as I had been used to, looking for free and fairly elusive good pictures and 10-30 second long video clips in lousy quality to boot, I was greeted with numerous (occasionally several hundred) hours of video porn, usually divided into long 10-30 minute scenes and much better picture quality than the free samples I had been used to.
The added bonus were pay site member sections with thousands of high resolution pics, but to be perfectly honest, photo content doesn’t really do it for me anymore. I love looking at a pic of a gorgeous babe as much as the next guy, but the videos are what I really want, and if a site doesn’t deliver in that department I don’t consider it worth my money.
Some of you may feel different though – preferring pictures over video or at least just as much, so fortunately almost all porn sites worth their salt provide you with plenty of both.

Just like many of you I will assume, my preferences in the porn department varies quite a bit from day to day and month to month.

My goal is to eventually launch a dedicated review site where I will cover a wide span of niches and sites and review a new site at least once a week, but for now I’ve just ramped up the pace a bit here at Babes and Toys, while I work on compiling enough review material for a full blown review site – it makes little sense to start up a site like that with less than at least 50 reviews.
